This month marks two years since Bronwin joined Equal Experts. Here are three things she wants to share about her experience:<\/p>\n
First, Bronwin says that Equal Experts is a company that lives by its values, and the work she does is always focused on delivering a great user experience and addressing business needs for customers. \u201cAt Equal Experts we never do things just for the sake of doing them. It\u2019s always about working together with your team to add value to the client,\u201d she says.<\/p>\n
While some organisations have strict hierarchies, Bronwin has found working at Equal Experts to be very different. \u201cIt\u2019s amazing to be part of a community where we are treated as adults, and I love working at Equal Experts. This is a company that lives by its values.\u00a0 Values such as we both emphasise and show respect really speak to me.\u201d<\/p>\n
