This consolidates the ranking we were awarded last year, putting us in the top 5 for two years in a row.<\/p>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.equalexperts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/EE-Glassdoor-Assetts-1-300x300.png\" alt=\"Glassdoor's Best Places to Work 2025 logo\" width=\"210\" height=\"210\" \/>\n<p>Of all the awards we could have received, this one means a lot, especially following our announcement in 2024 that Equal Experts was becoming 100% <a href=\"https:\/\/www.equalexperts.com\/about-us\/equal-experts-trust\/\">employee-owned<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>When Ryan Sikorsky and I founded Equal Experts, we had a vision of creating a different kind of consultancy. We wanted a place where the most experienced software engineers and designers could work with less politics, less hierarchy and more autonomy. Our goal was to create a community of experts who could learn from each other and have genuine relationships based on trust.<\/p>\n<p>There is a lot more for us to figure out, but this award shows we\u2019re making great progress in becoming an organisation where talented people want to work &#8211; and keep coming back!<\/p>\n<p>Unlike some workplace awards and lists, Glassdoor\u2019s ranking is based entirely on reviews supplied by employees and associates. So it\u2019s especially great to read reviews that show how many of our people appreciate and share our founding principles and values. Here\u2019s what one EE team member wrote, which captures our philosophy perfectly:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"color: #22567c;\"><strong><i>\u201cMany organisations talk about values but EE really does believe in and enact their values every day. It\u2019s a place where seasoned practitioners come together as equals, in an environment of respect, and do their best work. There are so many opportunities and you have a huge amount of autonomy.\u201d\u00a0<\/i><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Our customers are an essential part of what makes our network function &#8211; and how we work with them shapes who we are in many ways and here\u2019s a review that captures this:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong><i><span style=\"color: #22567c;\">\u201cNo one gets fired for doing the right thing for the customer.
